- Voucher validity: Voucher is valid for 3 months, from May 28 to August 28, 2012
- Unlimited voucher purchase per person
- Voucher is valid as Proof of Purchase and Discount Coupon
- A maximum of one (1) voucher can be used per person per visit/redemption
- Voucher can be used from Monday to Sunday, 8:00AM to 8:00PM
- Reservation is required
- Reservation must be made at least two (2) days before the preferred schedule
- Preferred date and time is subject to availability
- Cancellation of reservation must be made at least three (3) days before the preferred schedule
- Additional rates will be charged for additional services/treatments and must be paid directly to Myrna Fariñas Salon
- Voucher holders will get 20% discount on any additional service/treatment that they want to avail
