What is Bilmoko.com?

BILMOKO.COM is an online directory site that allows our fellow kababayans, both local and overseas, with an easy, convenient and reliable way of accessing products and services of Filipino companies worldwide. It serves as a portal for various Pinoy merchants to link their sites and promote their products and/or services.

The Bilmoko online directory site offers a convenient access to Filipino companies with a wide selection of products and services. Products and Services that you would most likely buy for your loved ones, relatives and friends. Bilmoko.com comes complete with a full range of service providers.

What makes Bilmoko.com different from others?

Bilmoko.com is not just any ordinary Pinoy online directory. It also serves as a portal for interested affiliates who would like to advertise their products and/or services. Directory Listings

How do I search for a company?

If you have a particular company in mind, you can use the search bar located at the top of every page. Just type in the keyword or the name of the company you are looking for. You can also use the dropdown menu right beside the search bar to choose a particular category available in the site.

How do I use the Advanced Search option?

The Advanced Search option will help you refine your search by category, sub-category, country, city, or zip code.
* Note: The Advanced Search option can refine your search using the keyword you typed in the Search bar on upper right side of the page. If in case there is no specified keyword on the Search bar, the directory will show all the listings under the fields you have specified in the Advanced Search option.

Registration & Managing Account

Why do I have to register?

Before you can post your business/es in our online directory, an account should be created first. The registration process is also for your benefit -- it protects you from unauthorized use of your account. The personal information you provide when you register will help us cater to your needs and wants and give you a more personalized level of service.

How do I register?

Fill out the Registration Form by clicking on the 'Register' button at the upper right side portion of the Bilmoko.com Main Page (www.bilmoko.com). Carefully fill-out the form, as all items with the red asterisk sign (*) are fields that you are required to answer.

What do I do if I forgot my username and/or password?

All you have to do is go to bilmoko.com Login page and click the "forgot my password" link at the bottom of the page. You will then be asked to indicate the email address you used to register. An email with your account info will be sent to that address

What is “Manage Account”?

"Manage Account" contains your personal information and business/es you posted at bilmoko.com. This is protected by a username and password (which you must not share with others) so NOBODY else will see and manipulate your personal data. This is the section where you may change your personal information, password, and business information entries under your account. This is also where you can add a new business or edit an existing business information.

What if I want to delete a particular business that I already posted?

For security reasons, the website did not have that feature. Should you want your business information be deleted in the business listing, all you have to do is to notify us through email at reachus@bilmoko.com or call us at +63.2.6871129. Your business information will be deleted within 24 hours.

Getting Listed

How do I know if my posting was successful?

After filling up all the required information and upon submitting them, a confirmation page will appear showing your Reference No. for that request. This Reference No. indicates that your entry has been successfully registered in our database and that it is now marked for approval. Please note down your Reference No., as you will be asked to present this in case of any inquiry. If the confirmation page did not appear, please notify us thru email at reachus@bilmoko.com or use the form in the Contact Us page.

How long does it take for my entry to get approved?

It would take 3 working days to have your entry approved by the administrator. For the reason that your information will still be verified (thru email or by phone) by the team to ensure its validity.

How do I check for the status of my entry?

After 3 working days and/or after your information has been verified, you can try searching the business name you registered in our directory. If your entry has not been posted yet after the time given, you may contact us using the form in our Contact Us page or e-mail us at checkmyAd@bilmoko.com. You may also call us during office hours at +63.2.6871129.

Can I request for my business information be posted over the phone?

Posting online is always easier, reliable and secured 100%. However, you can request your business information be posted over the phone as well. Just contact us at +63.2.6871129 from Mondays to Fridays 10am to 6pm.

Will my entry be presented exactly based on the business information I entered?

Yes. It is important that you review your entry prior to Submitting to ensure that all information entered are accurate and correct.

I can’t register my business and I’m getting error messages, how could I proceed?

Please check first the exact error message(s) that you are receiving and then email the details to support@bilmoko.com.

Can I include some additional company information aside from contact details?

Yes. There is an additional field provided so you that you can add some specific details about your company. There is a limited space for this though.

If I am located abroad, can I post my business on your site?

Of course you can! As long as you are Pinoy, you can register to our site from anywhere in the world.

Can I change my business information after it has been submitted?

You may be able to change your business information using the “Manage Account” page. (See FAQ: Registration & Managing Account). If you are unsuccessful, you can email us at checkmyAd@bilmoko.com or use the form at the Contact Us page. A reply email will be sent to you informing you of the changes that has been made.

Is posting FREE at Bilmoko.com?

Posting business information is absolutely FREE at Bilmoko.com.

Placing My Ad

How do I Place my Ad?

To place your ads in Bilmoko.com, you may e-mail us regarding the size of ad you would like to place in the website and your contact information. Our customer service will contact you if we can accommodate your request. Since Banner Ads have limited space, we will check our commitment with other advertisers. We will be more than happy to place your Banner Ad if that space is still available.

How long does it take to process my Ad?

Please allow us five (5) working days to place your ad in our website. After the time given and once the payment has been made, your ad will now be placed in our website.

How do I check for the status of my Ad?

After the time given, you may check the website from time to time to see if your ad is already there. Otherwise, you may e-mail us at checkmyAd@bilmoko.com or you can also call us during office hours at +63.2.6871129

Can I request over the phone?

You can request to place your ad over the phone as well. Just contact us at +63.2.6871129 from Mondays to Fridays 10am to 6pm. But please take note that you still have to e-mail us the picture/s you wanted us to layout for your ad.

If I place many Ads because my company has many branches, do I get a discount?

Yes. Just email us at placemyAd@bilmoko.com and we will determine how much discount can be offered.

If I am located abroad, can I place my Ad on your site?

Of course you can. Just e-mail us using the form in the Contact Us page or e-mail us at placemyAd@bilmoko.com (follow the steps under FAQ: How do I place my Ad?).

I’m currently in the Philippines -- can I place an Ad on your site?

Definitely. You can place an ad and use our site even if you are in the Philippines. This is our very own Online Directory and every Filipino is welcome to use it. We encourage you to use Bilmoko.com often and spare yourself the headache and time to look for the company that can help you.
