Why should I sign up for a Bilmoko account?
You need to be a registered member before you can purchase any deal and have easy access to all your purchases.
Is there a registration fee to become a member?
None! Registration is absolutely FREE!

DEALS AND PAYMENT

I like one of the featured deals! How do I get it?
You must sign in to your account or register if you don’t have an account yet. When you are signed in, (1) click the BUY button, (2) fill in the number of vouchers that you want to buy, (3) choose your desired payment option, and (4) click the Proceed button.
Can I buy more than 1 voucher?
Yes, unless otherwise stated by the Merchant in the deal’s terms. Please read the deal’s terms and conditions carefully before buying.
What are my payment options?
You can pay through credit card, ATM BancNet or BDO bank deposit.
Are my credit card and other payment information safe?
Yes! We do not store any of your credit card or payment information. Our payment processors and banking partners maintain this information in encrypted form in secure servers.
I will be paying through bank deposit. Will I get my voucher as soon as I complete my transaction?
Not yet. Please make sure to pay the amount due and send a CLEAR scanned copy or photo of your deposit slip to payment@bilmoko.com within 24hours after your purchase.

The subject of the email should be “BANK DEPOSIT PAYMENT”. In your email body, don’t forget to include your (1) Bilmoko account username and (2) transaction number.

As soon as we get your deposit slip and confirm with the bank, we will tag your transaction as paid and send the voucher to your account.

Why is the bank deposit payment unavailable for some of the deals?
The bank deposit payment option is disabled from Friday 12:00nn to Sunday 12:00nn in consideration of local banking hours and our 24-hour policy on bank deposit transactions.

The bank deposit option is also disabled when a deal reaches 80% to 90% of its total maximum vouchers or the last 30 hours of its run and during holidays.
I forgot to send my deposit slip within the 24-hour period! What will happen to my vouchers?
If you’re not able to send us your deposit slip within the allotted 24-hour period, we will have to forfeit your reserved slot.

Please contact us and send the deposit slip ASAP before the deal closes. If the deal is not yet full, we may be able to give you another slot. If there’s no more slot left, we will credit your account with the amount you deposited so you can use it for another purchase.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order during the processing phase. Once order and payment are complete and the Voucher is delivered to your account (and confirmed as delivered in our system), you can no longer cancel your order and the sale is considered final.
Can I give a Bilmoko Voucher as a gift?
Not yet, but soon! The Buy it for a Friend option is currently under development.

VOUCHERS AND REDEMPTION

I already received my electronic voucher in my account. How do I use it?
Print the voucher and present it to the establishment / merchant that you bought it from. Please read the deal’s terms carefully. Most merchants have special instructions and conditions on how to redeem the voucher and may require you to make a reservation or set an appointment beforehand.

Also, take note of the redemption dates. You can only use the voucher within the period specified in the deal’s terms.
Can I use more than one (1) voucher per transaction?
You can only use one (1) voucher per redemption / transaction, unless otherwise stated by the Merchant.
Can I combine my Bilmoko voucher with other discount coupons, gift certificates or promotions?
You cannot use your Bilmoko voucher with any other discounts, gift certificates, offers or promotions, unless otherwise stated by the Merchant.
I didn’t use the full value of my voucher. Can I use the remaining value for my next transaction with the Merchant?
The Voucher value already corresponds to a discounted price offered by the Merchant for the product or service featured in the deal. In case the price of the product or service is lower than the printed value upon redemption, you will not receive any credit or cash back for the unused amount unless otherwise stated by the Merchant.
Can I return my Voucher and/or get a refund?
The Merchant is the issuer of the Voucher and, as such, is solely responsible for providing you with the products / services according to the Voucher terms. For any complaints or concerns such as returns and refunds, please contact and discuss with Merchant. You can find the Merchant’s contact details in the deal’s page. If you’re having difficulties contacting the merchant, you may contact us and our customer service representative will assist you.
